CORE PROGRAM

Lead With Compassion, Courage & Authenticity.

Lead With Compassion, Courage & Authenticity is my primary leadership program and the foundation of my work with organizations.

This is a structured, experiential engagement designed to help organizations build courageous leadership cultures by examining how responsibility, alignment, and decision-making operate at every level of the organization.

The program is grounded in lived experience, facilitated dialogue, and practical strategy—not theory, trends, or symbolic initiatives.

Program Overview

How the Program Works

The Lead With program is typically delivered as a three-month leadership engagement, with an introductory option available for organizations seeking an entry point. The program is built around three intentional phases:

COMPASSION

Discovery & Readiness
Separate, facilitated discussions with executives, managers, and staff to assess readiness, surface unspoken dynamics, and understand how responsibility and leadership are experienced across the organization.

Outcome: Organizational Discovery Document

COURAGE

Strategy & Alignment
A joint discussion that uses insights from the discovery phase to identify priorities, align leadership, and develop a strategic framework for sustained action that fits the organization’s mission and context.

Outcome: Leadership Strategy Playbook

AUTHENTICITY

Action & Accountability
A final phase focused on execution. Leaders are identified, responsibilities clarified, and accountability mechanisms established to ensure the work moves from planning into practice.

Outcome: Customized Action Plan

Leading For Change

Who This Work Is For

This work is best suited for organizations and leaders navigating growth, complexity, or moments where trust, alignment, and responsibility matter more than optics. It is particularly relevant for executive teams, boards, and mission-driven corporations seeking clarity and forward movement without performative solutions.

Organizations that benefit most are those willing to examine their internal culture honestly and commit to structured follow-through.Courage is required — not only to begin the work, but to sustain it.

Other Engagements

How Additional Programs Are Delivered

These additional engagements are offered beyond the Lead With program and can be delivered as standalone work or used to support and extend Lead With efforts. They are designed to meet organizations where they are and provide focused support based on context and need.

EXECUTIVE ADVISORY

Support for Leaders Navigating Complexity
I provide confidential advisory support to executives and leadership teams navigating cultural tension, organizational change, or moments of heightened responsibility. This work is direct, practical, and grounded in real leadership environments—not abstract coaching. Advisory engagements often support leaders as they prepare for, participate in, or follow up on Lead With program work.

FACILITATED CONVERSATIONS

Creating Space for What’s Often Avoided
I design and facilitate leadership conversations organizations often delay because they feel uncomfortable or high-risk. These engagements help teams address cultural and organizational tension, build shared understanding across roles, strengthen trust and credibility, and create alignment without performative language. Conversations can stand alone or integrate into a Lead With engagement.

SPEAKING & KEYNOTES

Clear, Grounded, and Built for Real Spaces
I speak to corporate, civic, and institutional audiences on leadership, responsibility, and navigating difference. My talks are direct, grounded in lived experience, and designed to support—not replace—organizational work, often serving as an entry point for deeper engagement. Common settings include executive offsites, leadership retreats, conferences, and stakeholder gatherings.

Finding Alignment Together

Exploring the Right Fit

Some organizations begin with a defined engagement. Others start with a conversation to understand fit, timing, and context. If you’re considering how this work might apply to your organization or leadership team, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
